We’ll guide you through choosing specific platform services, choosing the investment lineup in accordance with regulatory guidance as well as the completion of necessary paperwork. Then, we manage the bulk of the installation process for your plan so that you don’t have to.
Educating Your Employees
We want to empower your employees to succeed just as much as you do. That’s why we also manage employee education and communication regarding the new retirement plan. We will coordinate employee meetings to assist with enrollment, investment education, and even proper retirement goal setting. After that we will provide ongoing employee financial wellness education and help.
Continuing Review of the Plan
Once a plan is in place, we partner with your fiduciary to conduct the ongoing investment review and documentation in accordance with regulatory guidance. We continue to analyze plan costs, participation, and asset allocation, and present an executive summary for your review periodically.
